What if I want to volunteer but I'm not sure where?
You can register for Created Connect on our Get Involved page. We would love to meet you and help get you plugged in. Created Connect is the best place to learn about the Created Gainesville ministry, meet our staff, hear all the opportunities to get involved, and ask any questions may have.

What are the times of your Outreaches?
Street Outreach - one Friday evening/month, 10:30pm - 1:00am
Club Outreach - 2x/month, 11am-1pm and 6:45pm-8:30pm.
Oasis - Friday evenings, 6:30pm-8:30pm
What is the time commitment for being on the Outreach Team?
We ask that you would be able to commit to volunteering with Created Gainesville for at least 6-12 months. We ask for consistency in the outreach you attend as well as attending our mandatory once-a-month Monday evening training (held on the last Monday of the month). For example, if you would like to go on Street Outreach, then you will commit 2 hours for the outreach and 2 hours for the Team Training, which is 4 hours per month in total. The focus of our outreaches is building trust and friendships with the women we meet, that is why we ask for this consistency.
What is the time commitment for the Ambassador Program?
We ask that you would be able to commit to the Ambassador Program for at least 6-12 months, or for students at least one semester. There are also biweekly team meetings on Thursdays at 6:00pm
What is the time commitment for the Relief and Celebration team?
These teams are more flexible and will fit within your schedule. These teams are mostly project based and on an as-needed basis. We will help you get plugged in for whatever your schedule will allow.
What do I do if want to change where I'm volunteering with Created Gainesville?
If your schedule changes and you would like to change how you are currently volunteering, please contact us at email@example.com
Are there opportunities for men to get involved with Created Gainesville!
Absolutely! We have a need for male volunteers on our Street Outreach team. On each Street Outreach, we go with 3 female and 2 male volunteers. The men drive the car, pray continually, and keep watch as the female volunteers approach women on the street to give them a cosmetic bag and offer prayer. Another huge need is help with moving women into new apartments and picking up furniture from donors. Also, we need men on our Ambassador Program, Relief and Celebration teams.
